Thank you for your interest in allowing us to spoil your precious pup! Please see below for some commonly asked questions.
What time is pick-up & drop-off?
Drop-off is 7:00 am-8:30 am. Pickup is usually quoted as 1-2 pm however we will text thru the day as we are finishing your pup, so you may pick up earlier.

- Can I book a large breed dog?
- Yes! We offer a specific appointment type for Doodles/Large Poodles, however all other breeds are accepted!

- How much does grooming cost?
- Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to give universal pricing, as there are many factors that affect pricing such as coat type, breed, size, temperament, hairstyle, ect. A general price range for most babies we spoil is as follows (but not a guarantee of price) we will tell you an exact price at check-in!
- $55-$65 for small pups full body haircuts
- $35-$45 for small short hair pups bath and brush service (does not require feet or face trimming)
- $40-$45 for small pups bath and brush that requires face,feet, fanny, trimming
- $45-$55 for Medium short hair bath and brush service (does not require feet or face trimming)
- $60-$75 for Medium longer-haired bath and brush service that requires face, feet, fanny trimming
- $70-$85 for Medium size Full body haircuts
- $65-$100 for Short hair large Bath and brush service
- $75-$125 for Long hair/Double coated Large Bath and Brush Service
- $85-$130+ for Large Full Body Haircuts
- $120+ for Doodles

- What is included in my pets' spaw day?
- Your pup will receive the following services included in their spaw day price
- Bath, Brush, and Blowout (Furminate/Deshed if required)
- Nails Clipped and dremmeled (nail grinding)
- Ears cleaned and plucked of hair if applicable
- Anal Glands expressed
- Teeth Brushed/Breath Spray
- Facial
- Haircut and Styled if applicable
- Bandana (bows if requested)
- Photoshoot and picture to go home
- Flea and Tick topical can be purchased as an add-on for $10
- Endless hugs and cuddles
- Your pup will receive the following services included in their spaw day price
- Will my pet be able to relieve itself while there?
- Of course! All pets in our care will be able to potty in a secure fully fenced potty yard.
- Your pet will have access to fresh water and plenty of comfy bed options.
- Our goal is a relaxed enjoyable environment for both us and the pets

- What are the vaccine requirements to have my pet groomed?
- State law requires all pets over 6 months of age to have a current rabies vaccine. We highly recommend all puppy shots be complete and a bordetella vaccine.

- Can someone else pick up or drop off my pet?
- Yes! you can have a friend or family member drop off or pick up for you and we can accept payment in person, via phone, venmo, or invoice

- My dog has anxiety, or my dog is dog aggressive can you groom my pet?
- Of course! we are trained in all levels of animal behavior and strive to create a calm stress-free environment. We follow all AKC kennel regulations and can protect dog-aggressive dogs while also providing a low-stimulation environment for them.

- Can you sedate my pet for a grooming or can I give my pet a sedative before grooming?
- We do not sedate pets. Licensed Veterinarians are able to safely sedate and groom pets at their clinics. We do not accept sedated pets or human/groomer aggressive pets. We refer pets that need sedation or are a human bite risk to the Veterinarian for your pet's safety.

- For the safety and comfort of all pets in our care during the day we are unavailable to speak on the phone, we ask clients to utilize our online booking system CLICK HERE or to text us at 816-844-3647.
